Our dedicated team will guide you through every aspect of the rental process: from finding the perfect property, getting you settled in and, when the time comes, getting you moved out – all as seamlessly as we can.
Finding your property
Every tenant wants a home that is right for them – be that budget, size or location. If you are still looking for that perfect property then head to our Rightmove.
Found something you like already? Then make a booking to view it, by email to lettings@cosgroves.co.uk or over the phone on 02392 827827.
Upon finding a property you want, you will need to place a holding fee – this differs between properties and will be discussed with you on your viewing (see our fees section for a breakdown of other fees payable).
Once the holding fee has been paid the property will be taken off the market.
If you do not go ahead with the rental or your references are unsuccessful the holding fee will not be returned. If the landlord or Cosgroves decide not to proceed with the rental for reasons other than the above then we will return the holding fee (less any costs of referencing if applicable).
Application process
Once you have found your property, paid the holding fee and agreed a move in date, you will need to complete the referencing procedure.
